Complete the following procedures to migrate your brands, spaces and site settings from one server to another.

Original Server

  1. From the Administration Console, click the Manage Brand Plug-ins link located in the Zen Foundation section.
  2. Locate a brand you want to migrate.
  3. Click it's corresponding Download Brand link.
  4. Repeat steps two and three for all other brands.

New Server

  1. From the Administration Console, click the Manage Brand Plug-ins link located in the Zen Foundation section.
  2. Click the Choose File button at the top of the list.
  3. Navigate to the location of the brand.
  4. Select the brand.
  5. From the Manage Brand Plug-ins page, click the Upload button at the top of the list.

Use the Atlassian Confluence procedures for exporting and importing XML versions of a space. Be sure to export and import your utility (site master) space. Space-level Zen settings are also exported. You may need to wait on the Confluence indexer in order to see the imported content.

  1. Open each Confluence site (original and new) in a web browser.
  2. From the Administration Console in each, click the Site Settings link located in the Zen Foundation section.
  3. Configure the settings in the new server to match those in the original.
